Overview
Last Reel is a mobile app for making film end credits, designed for iOS and Android. Filmmakers add blocks — title cards, cast, crew, music cues — set the roll timing and look, and export a finished credit roll ready for the edit.

The challenge
Credits are dense, exact and unforgiving. The app had to fit a professional workflow — timecode, frame rates, codecs — onto a phone, while keeping a free plan useful and giving people a clear reason to upgrade.

How we approached it
We organised the app in the order a person meets it: sign in, library, new project, editor, blocks, timing, export and settings. The editor keeps a live monitor on screen at all times, so every change is visible in the roll.
The plan model is built into the flows: three free projects, Pro formats unlocked by one opt-in ad per render, and no ads in the editor.
